Corporate Value in PP Hospitality

A great team is at the heart of any great business. A great and successful company has a set of company values to assist their employees in achieving their goals as well as the company’s. In March 2020, PP Hospitality conducted a sharing session about recurring income, hospitality business and the implementation of corporate value. This session was facilitated by Director of Commercial & Hospitality of PT PP Properti Tbk, Sinur Linda Gustina; Financial Controller of PP Hospitality, Utomo Adhi Basuki and Human Resources Manager of PP Hospitality, Tresye Chatelia at PRIME PARK Hotel & Convention Pekanbaru.


Participated by all employees, Linda explained that implementing core company values can help us ensure each of our employees, from top leadership to entry-level, are working towards the same common goal, and share a bigger purpose.


As part of the corporate value implementation, PP Hospitality invited James Gwee, a professional trainer & seminar speaker, to give a motivational training with the topic “Excellent Habits of Successful People”. James Gwee facilitated this session guiding all employees through a process to understand the Core Values. He also encouraged employees to understand how they should treat one another at work and how they should treat customers and clients.
